In 2025, Wild Rivers TU Chapter will be kicking off several major trout stream projects, including on Mosquito Brook. Embrace a Stream project in Sawyer County, Adopting the White River State Fishery Area in Bayfield County, and the workday projects on the Clam River State Fishery Area in Burnett County.
We are also asked to help on restoration work the Marengo River. and at Johnson Springs, both in Bayfield County. WRTU Chapter is donating $5000 ($2500 from Friends of TU Grant) to Great Lakes TU. A portion of this monies goes to fix fish passage issues on the Little Brule River, and Bois Brule River in Douglas County.
